Week 2 - Earth : Grounding Practices

Week 3: Mind - Exploring Mental Wellness
Week 4
Week 4: Body - Cultivating Physical Awareness

Month 2

Re-organizing inner landscape (Self engagement) (Body/Mind)
Week 5
Week 5 - Trauma (Where do difficult emotions go?)
Week 6
Week 6 - Rationality (What does the mind make of what the body feels?)
Week 7
Week 7 - Love (Lending a loving ear to our body)
Week 8
Week 8 - Harmony (not equality, not balance but harmonising our realms of existence)

Month 3

Embodying in the external (Social engagement) (Spirit)
Week 9
Week 9 - Integrating learnings with day to day living, understanding scope of integration

Week 10
Week 10 - Consumption awareness

Week 11
Week 11 - Energy building/flow

Week 12
Week 12 - Reflections, learnings, intention setting for the rest of the year.
